Prompt Explorer suggests prompts you aren't tracking yet, written the way people actually ask AI. You review the suggestions, edit any you like, and start tracking the good ones in one click.
Why it matters
Your results are only as useful as the prompts behind them. Most teams start with prompts they guess at, often rewritten SEO keywords. People ask AI longer, more specific questions, such as "best CRM for a 10-person real estate team" rather than "real estate CRM". Prompt Explorer turns real signals about your market into prompts in that style, so you track what buyers actually ask.
How it works
You choose where suggestions come from. There are three tabs.
| Tab | What it uses | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search Console | Search queries your site already appears for | Turning proven search demand into AI prompts |
| From Page URL | The content of a page you enter, such as a product or competitor page | Prompts around one product, feature or competitor |
| Generate with AI | A seed query you type, such as best crm software | Exploring a new topic or market |
We turn that input into conversational prompts about your brand and market. To use the Google Search Console tab, connect Search Console first.
Every suggestion includes:
- Suggested prompt: the question itself. You can edit the wording before you track it.
- Country: the market the prompt is for.
- Topic: a folder that groups related prompts. See What are topics?
- Type: what kind of question it is.
- Volume: an estimate of how much interest the question has.
- Date: when it was suggested.
Query types
| Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Organic | A general, non-branded question, such as "best email tool for startups" |
| Brand Specific | Contains your brand name or a variation of it |
| Competitor Comparison | Compares your brand or product with a competitor |
| Branded | Contains another brand's name |
Organic prompts usually tell you the most about your visibility, because AI chooses which brands to recommend.
Volume is an estimate of interest. Use it to compare suggestions with each other, not as an exact number.
How to use it
- Open Prompt Explorer and pick a tab.
- Connect Search Console, enter a page URL or type a seed query, then choose how many prompts to generate (5, 10 or 15).
- Review the list. Edit the wording of any suggestion if needed.
- Click Track on a suggestion to add it to Your Prompts, or select several and click Bulk Track.
- Ignore suggestions you don't want, so they stop cluttering the list.
Tracked prompts start running straight away and count toward your active prompt limit.

FAQ
Why does the Google Search Console tab say it isn't connected? Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, open Account, go to the Integrations tab and connect Google Search Console. Then select your website's property.
Should I track every suggestion? No. Track the ones a real buyer would ask and that you'd want to be recommended for. A focused list is easier to act on. See Which prompts should I track?
Does tracking a suggestion use AI answers? Yes. Once tracked, it runs daily like any other prompt and counts toward your monthly AI answer limit.
