Pricing Policy

1.Who we are

ListableLabs ("we", "our", "us"), operated by Groop Digital Innovations Private Limited, provides an AI visibility and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform. For any questions about this policy, contact us at help@listablelabs.com.

2.Subscription Plans

ListableLabs offers monthly and annual subscription plans for businesses and agencies. Plan details, features, and current pricing are listed on our Pricing Page at www.listablelabs.com/pricing.

3.Free Trial

New customers may access a free trial before committing to a paid plan.

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to start your trial.
  • Your card will not be charged during the trial period.
  • At the end of your trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your card on file will be charged.
  • To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends.
  • Each customer is eligible for one free trial per account.

4.Billing & Currency

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. We support multiple currencies; the applicable currency is determined by your billing country at sign-up. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax), which may be added based on your location.

5.Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You will receive advance notice before annual plan renewals.

6.Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. All plan changes take effect immediately on a prorated basis. Credits from a downgrade are applied to your next invoice and are not refunded as cash.

7.Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings or by contacting help@listablelabs.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent cycles.
  • Access to paid features ends at the close of the billing period.

8.Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including partial months, unused periods, and charges following automatic trial conversion or subscription renewal. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at help@listablelabs.com within 30 days and we will investigate.

Customers in jurisdictions with mandatory statutory refund rights retain those rights.

9.Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

10.Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry over a short window and notify you by email. Accounts with unresolved failed payments may be suspended until the balance is settled.
