How does hallucination detection work?

Hallucination detection is available on Enterprise plans. When it's included, Hallucination appears in the sidebar.
AI engines sometimes get facts about a brand wrong, such as pricing, features or locations. The Hallucination page flags answers to your tracked prompts that contain claims which don't match what we know about your brand.
Fixing a hallucination
AI engines learn from public sources, so the fix is usually content:
- Open the flagged answer and note the incorrect claim.
- Check which sources were cited on the Mentions page.
- Publish clear, accurate information on your own site, and update third-party pages where you can.
