What are the API rate limits and error codes?

Rate limit
300 requests per minute per project, shared by all of that project's keys.
Every response includes RateLimit-Remaining and RateLimit-Reset headers. When you hit the limit you'll get a 429 response; wait the number of seconds in Retry-After before trying again.
Errors
Errors return success: false with a message.
